Upon its utmost awareness of safety and hazardous prevention while running an activity in a building ,TDA Consultants Co., Ltd. thus has designed a new structure for renovation areas, where building expansion and improvement of former-designed machinery base are undertaken, so that it can suitably support weight of equipment, machinery, and live load.

The design is based on structure engineering standard, consisting of Concrete Design Standard or ACI. Code and Newly-Installed Iron Structure Design Standard or AISC. Standard. In this regard, structure of existing building and new building to be renovated will be planned in detail together with structure specifications (and probably include any relevant architectural work, if necessary).

All of these materials not only accommodate an estimation of construction expenses and preparation for bidding and contractor selection, but also serve as a construction model. This helps manage construction expense within estimated budget and provides less difficulty in construction control so that a high standard of quality is properly met.

•  In case that project owner wants to expand a production line by improving compatibility of the existing plant. We will design expansion structure, set budget, and draw a plan of the structure to be used as a model for further construction.

•  The Company will design a modification structure to support a new weight by which an existing structure is assigned to jointly support such weight. This will lessen unnecessary structure in the event that the existing structure is found safe at a certain level.
