University in Thailand in 1987. |

Consultants has no more than 7 shareholders and
the authorized directors are registered as:

| The managing
director has been assigned to have authorization
on behalf of the company individually, but the other
two directors are also authorized for the company
dually. The design for every project being developed
in conjunction with the particular conditions of
each project, local regulations, structural safety
aesthetics and economy, and at the same time satisfy
all the needs and requirements of the Project Owner. |

| It is obvious
that TDA CONSULTANTS alone does not have sufficient
capability to handle the enormous scale project
that required a lot of input, man power, and scope
of services. In order to provide more efficient
operation for certain projects demanding wide
range of experts than our capability, a joint venture
system with other local firms and/or international
concerns have always been performed whenever deemed
expedient. |
